라트비아와 대한민국 간 교육과 과학 협력 상호 협정에 따라, 그리고 양 국간의 학생 교환을 증진시키기 위해 라트비아 정부는 2019/2020학년도 대한민국의 학생, 연구자, 썸머스쿨 참여자들에게 세가지 종류의 장학금을 제공합니다.

- 라트비아 고등교육기관에서의 교육을 위한 라트비아 장학금 (학부생 1학년부터, 석사 혹은 박사 과정 학생 / 지원 마감일 2019년 4월 1일)

- 라트비아 고등교육기관 연구활동 지원금 (연구진, 교수진들에게 최대 5달 간 수여 / 지원 마감일 2019년 4월 1일)

- 2017년도 라트비아 썸머 스쿨 참여 장학금 (지원 마감일 2019년 4월 1일)

It is our pleasure to contact you from the Latvian Embassy in Seoul.

We would like to introduce Latvian government scholarships offered for Korean students, researchers and summer school participants.

In accordance with the bilateral government agreement between the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Korea on cooperation in the field of Education, and to enhance student exchanges between our countries, Latvian government offers three types of scholarships to Korean students, researchers and summer school participants for the academic year of 2019/2020.

- Scholarships for studies at Latvian Higher Education Institutions (1 year bachelor’s, master’s or PhD studies, application deadline 1 April 2019);

- Fellowships for research work in Latvian Higher Education Institutions (for academic staff up to 5 months, application deadline 1 April 2019);

- Scholarships for participation in summer schools in Latvia in 2019 (application deadline 1 April 2019).
