APEC 2018 Workshopon Innovative Marine Debris Solutions (June 26-27, Beijing, China)

The APEC Ocean andFisheries Working Group is looking for experts of marine debris andmicro-plastics within APRU(Asia Pacific Rim Universities) member universities to contribute on 2018 Workshopon Innovative Marine Debris Solutions held in Beijing from July 26 to 27. (Yonsei University is a member of APRU)

The workshop objectivewill:  

• share innovative approaches addressing marine debris and micro-plastics;

•  share best practice, information and technologies to reduce marine debris inthe APEC region;

•  encourage and promote Public Private Partnerships.

The APEC MarineSustainable Development Center China is making funding available for one APRUscholar to attend and participate in the event.
